My name is Daniela Mazza, I am an expert on system optimization in public administration organizational contexts.

My research interests include solutions for distributed multimedia systems and service management in a Smart City context, to make available, efficient and effective the services to the citizens.

Acquiring more than 15 years of experience as project manager in the Emilia Romagna Local Government Organization, I'm interested on the Future Internet and on all topics dealing with telecommunication in the future society, as cybersecurity, privacy and technical challenges.
